Today I`ve bought quinoa. This is the first time I`ve ever purchased it and for dinner I`ve already made it. And it was so delicious. I coulnd`t believe it. Because I have to tell at first it didn`t look so great.
Quinoa is one of the most healthiest food in the world! That`s really true, it`s a superfood. It`s great alternative of rice, brown rice, potatoes and any kind of sides.
You just have to do the same with the rice. Cook it for about 15 minutes. But there is an instuction on the package. Quinoa is full of phytonutrients, antioxidants and can even help balance your blood sugar. It is actually a seed and contains 9 essential amino acids that are required by the body as building blocks for muscles and contains high level of magnesuim and has tons of benefits..
I just cooked it and then added some red bell pepper, what I already cooked in olive oil. And I added some curry to the pepper so it has a nice taste.
I made a salad from iceberg salad, mozzarella, tomato and onions and also made a turkey burger. You only need ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic and I put a little barbeque sauce to it and grilled them.
So delicious and so healthy!!
