This week is finals week for me at my university. I only have one final to study for, which is tomorrow, but my bigger undertaking has been packing up my stuff in my apartment. My lease goes until August and I actually renewed for next year too, so technically I don`t have to leave or move anything out, but I am going to be heading home for most of the summer so I`ve been packing up most of my clothes to take back with me. This also means that I`ve been trying to use up all of my food that`s in the fridge and whatnot. What I realized the other day, though, was that I don`t have enough food left to make it through until I leave in a few days. So to the grocery store I went!
I picked up this turkey and pepperjack wrap to hold me over for a bit. I usually will have two of the slices at one meal and then the other two at another meal. In this case, I had two for dinner and then two for lunch the next day. They were fresh and really delicious! And also surprisingly not too expensive (which is always a plus!). The only thing I didn`t care for about it was that each slice seemed to have a piece of hot pepper in it... I`m not really a fan of peppers but once I took them out it was good :)
The last time I got a wrap like this I got the ham and swiss one. I don`t think I prefer one more than the other - they`re both delicious! And they`re definitely a healthier alternative to the fast food and pizza that is so prevalent in the diets of college students, lol. So hurray for delicious, healthy wraps!
