This is from dinner the other day. My friend and I went to Sapporo-Ya located in the Japan town in San Francisco. So I was craving and in the mood for sashimi and sushi so we got this tuna sashimi platter because another friend suggested we get this over the regular tuna sashimi. Before ordering I had a bad feeling about it just by the name of the item. When we got it, it looked like a pile of mess.

In this tuna sashimi platter, we got about 8 teeny tiny pieces of tuna sashimi that would not have even been equivalent to 4 pieces of regular sized sashimi. In the platter was also a variety of tempura, a salad and a small bowl with cold tofu covered in bonito flakes. All of this was about $25. It also came with a bowl of rice and miso soup.

Talk about totally not worth it. When the name says tuna sashimi platter, I expect a plate covered with sashimi. I was totally disappointed the presentation and the price.

What do you guys think, was this worth $25?
