Canned tuna: 400 g
Mayonnaise: 3.5 dl
Black olives: 8
Capers black: 25 g
Black pepper: qs
Brandy: The taste
Drains are well tuna and add to mayonnaise using a blender. Mix in olives (pitted and chopped already), lemon juice and capers. Season with black pepper freshly ground and sprinkled with brandy. The resulting mixture, once stirred, should provide a homogeneous consistency.
Time to go to the table, pour the pulp obtained in a glass beaker and placed on another glass with crushed ice.
