This is the cheapest and quickest way of making your lunch. And healthy too!
Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
- 2 tuna cans
- 2 tblsp of shopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of tea with bread shopped in small pieces
- 2 tblsp of shopped garlic and onions
- 3 tlblsp of oil
- 1 raw egg
salt & pepper
Mix everything until you get a tick mixture. If it`s too liquid add a little bit flour to bring all together.
Then make small balls with your hands and pass trough bread crumbs. Put in a pan and flatten with a spoon.
Take the pan to a pre heaten hoven. They will be done really fast.
When they`re golden on top you can take it of.
