A plate of chilled puff pastry
10 Fresh Champignon
1 can of tuna in olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of oregano
salt and pepper q.b.

Line a tarteira removable bottom with dough folada and chop it with a fork. Spread the tuna mixture and mushrooms in bottom of pie.
Apart beat 3 eggs with the milk and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour the mixture over the pie and bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C about 40 minutes, or until the pie to be cooked and golden.
Serve sliced with a green salad or cooked vegetables.
