Tip of the day: Working out to music will definitely increase your motivation!
Last night I did the most intense workout. Okay, maybe not that intense but boy, do I feel the burn today. I was looking on Youtube for some workout videos that will help ton my core and I came across the blogilates channel. I love her channel! She`s so friendly and her videos are fun. So this was my exercise for last night. Try it out, it`s definitely worth it!
She actually has a two part series for a spring workout so this is what I will be doing every tuesday and thursday :)
