This is one of my favorite salads to make to have as a little snack. Sometimes, I even have some with a sandwich at lunch or some with my dinner. I think this is the perfect healthy snack to have instead of junk food like potato chips, cookies, candy, etc. Plus it tastes really good and takes minutes to make!
First thing you want to do is gather all of your <strong> ingredients: </strong>
<em> Green Pepper </em>
<em> Red Pepper </em>
<em> Avocado </em>
<em> Mozzarella Cheese </em>
<em> Red Onion </em>
<em> Apple Cider Vinegar </em>
<em> Salt </em>
<em> Pepper </em>
<em> Olive Oil </em>
<em> Lime Juice </em>
Chop up all of your ingredients, and mix them up in a bowl with the dressings! Such a simple recipe that tastes awesome!
