Another way to grow long healthy hair faster is by changing your diet. No I don`t mean that you should eat less, there are some foods you can ADD to your diet to help with hair growth. The foods you put into your body are more important than any products you can put on your hair. The foods you eat directly impact the way your hair grows. First and foremost drink lots and lots of water. Water makes up over 70% of your body so it is important to keep yourself hydrated. Not only is water good for your health, but you also need it to grow healthy hair. When you are dehydrated, your skin becomes dry and lacks the essential oils, the same happens to your hair. In addition to drinking plenty of water, you should also make sure you are eating healthy fats and protein. Healthy fats are any fats that are found in the main food groups, not the fats found in sugary foods and drinks. A good vitamin to take for growing hair and nails is biotin. Fish oil capsules are also good for your hair growth, you can consume them orally or break them and put some on your scalp.
