Ingredients for 10 cookies:
Half banana diced
1 slice mango diced
Half slice of pineapple diced
Half kiwi diced
125g plain flour without yeast
1 teaspoon baking powder
80 ml of milk
1. Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
Yolks, add the butter and sugar.
Beat until it is cream.
Beat the egg whites very firm.
Alternately, wrap the cream with the flour, milk, egg whites and baking.
2. Put a tablespoon of dough into individual shapes.
If forms do not use silicone grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
On top of the dough, spread the fruit.
Finally, the remaining mass spread over the fruit.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake about 20 minutes.
After the cakes thoroughly cooked, remove them.
