Hello everyone! I`m back on luuux. Anyway, not sure about you but every week I have what I call a treat night, I`m trying to lose weight so I lead a healthy lifestyle most of the week. Treat night is an oppurtunity for me to eat unhealthy, otherwise I`d go insane. We all need junk food sometimes, and I think if we didn`t, then we would stop eating healthy and binge and never eat healthy again. For me, I end up having a treat day as well, which is naughty, but I still eat healthy 5 days each week and do exercise.
If you have a treat night, what do you like to eat? I like to eat crisps (potato chips) and have some chocolate and ice cream. I do go overboard, but I always get back on plan and exercise again. I know a lot of people are against treat nights, and I get why, but it is something that helps me feel like I`m not imprisoned in just eating fruits, salads, lean meat etc forever.
