I know a lot of you who are looking to burn as many calories as possible during your workout. I only want to spend about an hour at the gym, and I want to make sure that I get the most calories burned there as I possibly can. I found the easiest way to do that is to turn up the incline to 10% while walking on the treadmill. If I walk as slow as 3.5 mph, I can burn at least 500 calories during my workout! At first, it feels really weird and kind of scary going at such a big incline, like you`re going to fall off, but now I feel really comfortable doing it. This is by far my favorite workout and I feel like a lot of people can manage doing this.
