Treadmill Training

I have decided that in order to tone up my legs I am going to spend 40 minutes on a treadmill 3 times a week. I think a treadmill is going to be the most effective workout for me because it is always raining here so you can`t really go outside for a run or a power walk. Another benefit of walkinng and running on a treadmill is that it tells you how many calories you have burned which is obbviously really helpful if you track calories like I think I will begin to do. It can also be a fun workout if you watch tv or listen to you ipod when your running along.
