When traveling to Vancouver, Stanley Park is a great park to visit. Stanley Park consists of little lakes, a big pool of water, restaurants, an aquarium, and, of course, the infamous Sea Wall. What is the Sea Wall? Well, its a man made stone wall that protrudes from the base of the water. The Sea Wall allows one to see range of mountains, the city lights, and many boats. The Sea Wall can take you to English Bay (which can be describes as a type of beach), Granville Island, and under Lions Gate Bridge. During the summer flowers bloom and people tend to pick blackberries from the bushes lining the perimeter of the park. In addition, many people anticipate the arrival of the yearly fireworks competition. People tend to situate themselves on the Sea Wall to see the glorious displays of fireworks. So, if you are planning to come to Vancouver I surely advise to you to go to Stanley and, if you are visiting in the right season, see the fireworks. A word of advice when going to see the fireworks: go early because the park gets full fast.
