I don`t eat milk yogurts anymore, haven`t had them in months because dairy doesn`t sit well with me.
I found a really good tasty replacement at Trader Joe`s, it`s yogurt made with coconut milk instead of cow`s milk.
They only have vanilla or blueberry and I refuse to try the blueberry.
It has the same good bacteria as found in dairy yogurt and it seems to have more vitamins, like a few B-vitamins which is a plus.
The taste is heavenly, I just forget about dairy yogurt when I eat this.
Has anyone else tried this yogurt? They sell coconut and almond milk yogurts at WholeFoods as well.
