Track is a great sport, you stay healthy and active. Sure, track is fun but it is also a commitment. You have to smart small and get bigger. Don`t try to run 5 miles your first day. You have to run everyday. It can be fun but, make sure you have the right shoes. I recommend Nikes or pumas.
