I`m hoping that by posting my daily fitness routines, it could give some people more motivation to exercise, whether its trying to meet their weight goals or to just improve their overall health.
I was actually on Flipboard a week ago and read an article about Type II Diabetes in young women who were within the normal weight range.

So to raise awareness, I`m hoping that my posts about me exercising will motivate more people to get off their couch.
My exercises today included:
1. Walking 4 KM to the Rexall to return my BB cream and then back home.
Reasoning being, it turned me orange.

2. My 5.5 KM run - I run at a pace of 5:27 min/KM. That`s not bad (since I started long distance running 4 weeks ago). I`m hoping to get that time down to 4:30 min/KM within the next 2 months.
