There is so much sugar in all the food we eat. At the end of the day it all adds up. The picture above shows exactly how much sugar is in certain fruits, vegetables, and snacks that people commonly eat across the country. Obviously, you know that junk food is laden with a ton of sugar! Don`t be shocked, however, at the amount of sugar in the healthy foods. That`s good sugar! It comes with all the nutrients that your body needs. Your body doesn`t need the high fructose corn syrup found in Soda, cookies, and candy; so let this serve as a reminder to eat healthy :D
