Tonight`s Dinner: Salmon Tacos!

I love all kinds of seafood, especially in Mexican food. So when I saw the salmon on sale at my local grocery store, I snagged it up and happily went home to make some fish tacos! Normally, people use a white flaky fish to make fish taco`s but I love the taste of salmon better so I switched it up a bit. Plus it has more omega 3 fatty acids which are great for your body! While I baked my filet, I toasted up some flour tortilla`s that I had in my freezer, chopped up some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onions.

I put everything together and it was super yummy. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you guys that I also added a teaspoon of mayo onto the tortilla and squeezed lime over the whole thing. Healthy and delicious! I`m still on my journey to eat less `non-organic` meat and more organic veggies. I gotta take care of this body, because we only get one!
