Let me be honest she is super tall, blonde and beautiful, this girl has everything going for her and she likes to stay fit and look after herself in ways that we can all adapt into our life styles. These are all tips I read in an article and I had to share them with you all!
1- Run for an hour everyday!
All I can say is fair play to her!! Running is not easy and being able to run for an entire hour is incredible! I have a track in my college so I will try and run laps around this now for 10 minutes and build it up from there in a bid to work out like Taylor.
2- She drinks a lot of water.
One of my news years resolutions is to drink a litre of water everyday to flush out the toxins and badness from within. It is also great for your skin to stay healthy looking.
3- Listen to your Gut.
If your gut is saying to drink more water then you should really drink more water. If you gut is saying skip the run then skip going for the run it is better than getting an injury!
