i wanted to share this with you
i have been doing the toneitup workouts on youtube for 4-5weeks now and have went down a dress size lost 10kg :)
what i have been doing:
everyday working out about 1 hour doing these workouts soemtimes doing a bit of bodyrocker.tv workouts/crosstrainer
eating healthy i basically cut out fizzy drinks and carbs!
