Heeey everyone! I have been trying to get in shape now for over a year and when I first started out I had no idea what I was doing. I signed up to a membership to the nearest gym by my house and bought workout clothes. Then I went to the gym and went to the only thing I knew at the gym: the treadmill. I walked it for two minutes and ran for another two and I felt like I was dying! I couldn`t believe how out of shape I was! But that moment was my motivation to get better! Then I came across the Tone it Up girls on youtube and watched their workout videos and tips and then i started to learn more. I learned new work out moves from their videos and they were so inspirational with all their tips! They are so amazing and has inspired me to live a different kind of lifestyle where any kinds of work outs make the biggest difference! Now, I can manage to go to the gym five times a week for an hour and a half. I run the treadmill for half an hour, elliptical for half an hour, and five sets of an ab workout routine that I learned from the Tone it Up girls. I recommend them to everybody who is a beginner and is determined to learn about working out and living a healthier lifestyle.
