I`m here to share some salad recepies that I make.
To dinner I`am all about salad and a very simple meals.
Normally during the day I eat well and I make several meals every three hours and when dinner time comes hardly ever feel hungry.
So what do is eat salad and soup.
My salad always takes vegetables and some source of protain.
Today as you can see from the photographs I have ham, fresh cheese and sunflower seeds.
As vegetables l had tomato and cucumber.
To temper I really like to use olive oil, vinegar and salt.
