Another dish that my friend Imelda cooked for her birthday is this Tokwa`t Baboy. If you are wondering what this dish is Tokwat Baboy was made with braised tofu or bean curd, vinegar, soy sauce, and tender pieces of pork.She also added some celery and onion to make it more tasty.The sauce made of vinegar and soy sauce gives life to this dish.Most people here like to have their Tokwat Baboy with rice porridge such as arroz caldo. I just love this dish guys:)
