These are currently the brushes I use for my makeup on a daily basis =) When Sephora was having their clearance sale for Tokidoki products, I managed to snag the eye brush set for $14 and the Siberia blush brush for $11. Pretty sweet deal for these brushes!
I already did an extensive review for the Sibera blush brush a week ago so I`m just going to review the 3 eye brush set pictured on the bottom.
The brush set included:
Extremely soft bristles. They were even softer than my Estee Lauder brushes!
I use the concealer brush as an eyeshadow brush since I don`t use concealer. They layer on powder eyeshadow really well, especially for the shimmery ones. The sparkles get distributed so evenly.
Because the brushes were so distinct, you can easily pick up which brush you`re looking for =)
Eyeliner brush was way too soft. It didn`t work so well with my Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel liners. So I use the eyeliner brush to create my winged tips with dark eyeshadow.
The brushes were huge, especially the handle making it very awkward to use, especially when you`re close to the mirror trying to layer on eyeshadow. The handle would bump into the mirror and if you`re not quick enough, you`ll end up drawing something on your face from the bump.
Overall, if it weren`t for the sale, I probably would not have picked it up. I was looking for emergency brushes and I was glad I was able to find these good quality brushes for such a low price, hence I just learned to deal with the awkward handles. When I actually see a brush set I love, I`ll buy it.
Hope that helps!
