Here`s my two favorite ways of cooking tofu; the first being Sweet and Sour Tofu with vegetables and just plain deep fried tofu dipped in hoisin sauce! My husband is a tofu lover so we`ll have tofu for dinner at least twice a week. There are so many different kinds of tofu on the market thesedays such as: Fried pocket tofu, beancurd tofu, stinky tofu (:D), Egg tofu etc. I encourage my husband to drink soymilk all the time too because of the health benefits and nutrition associated with it.
