Today`s lunch was definitely a healthy choice. I picked it up at a grocery store because I didn`t feel like making anything & I`m just lazy. It`s basically a cucumber and tomato salad with sprinkles of feta cheese and red onions mixed into it. You don`t need any salad dressing because the feta gives it a slightly salty taste and the onions give it more flavor and I think that`s all this salad needs. For under $5 it was worth it, there was so much of it that I ate half of it for lunch, threw it in the fridge and planning to eat the rest for dinner.
If you want to make it yourself, just buy a baby cucumber, two large tomatoes, red onion (if you want) and feta cheese. Just wash and cut up the cucumber, tomatoes & onions into bite sized pieces, then mix it around with some crumbled feta cheese. Easy and delicious =)
