Today is a crazy day, I have swim classes, driving lessons, and by the time I arrive home I will be starved and tired for cooking, so I thought on doing something now, and then by dinner time I just have to warm a bit or eat it cold, and what I did was this: a salty spinach and bacon tart.
It is delicious and I think it is good to the eye too. Is very simple and quick to do as well =)
How I do it? Ok I`ll tell you the recipe:
1 package of cream
milk (the package of cream filled 1 1/2 with milk)
salt how much you want to
nutmeg how much you want to
1 package of bacon already in cubes
spinach amount and kind of your choice, but it has to be defrosted if you buy frosted spinach.
1 package of pastry.
ok, first, heat the oven by 185ºC.
The in a bowl mix all the ingredients minus the pastry of course.
in a hoven board put the pastry in and with a fork mark the bottom of it.
Place the preparation in the board, and take it to the oven, about 30 mins later it should be like that, you can sting it with a toothpick and confirm if it is cooked.
Believe me it is delicious and you can do it with ingredients of your choice =)
