due to my current weight situation - clearly it`s not good if I`m talking calorie counts here - I will probably be posting more stuff like this, easy yummy and low in calories, oh I`m not giving up entirely on my yummy Costa Rican food but you know, once in a while.
today`s breakfast was a light one. I love these "thins", bagel thins, sandwich thins, they sell them just about anywhere and there are quite a few brands, I have tried the wheat ones and they`re not bad but this time I just picked up the bagel thins. each one is only about 110 calories which is awesome for someone who loves bread. I also got some simple sliced turkey which my kids love and 4 slices are only 70 calories, can not go wrong with that right? now for some actual flavor, you gotta have cream cheese with a bagel ! 2 tbs of the philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese is only 80 calories so when you put it all together, a nice toasted bagel with the yummy toppings was only 260. if you wanted to add some black coffee or tea you could easily have yourself a 300 calorie breakfast.
