Lots of people have been wondering if they should do aerobics or pilates to lose weight. If you want to lose weight quickly, then aerobics will be better. But if you want to focus on core strengthening and flexibility, then pilates would be better. I know many people who have been doing aerobics more than pilates and have loss many pounds of fat. Pilates will take a longer time to lose weight because it is not as vigorous as aerobics. Trust me. I have done lots of diets and the worst I have done was starving. If you eat after you have starved, you tend to eat a lot more so you will gain more fat. So, PLEASE DO NOT STARVE to lose weight. It is bad for your body!!!!!!! Right now, I am doing lots of jump ropes and running for about 45 minutes every second day of the week! It helps!! So far I have been doing this routine for 2 weeks and have lost 2KGS. YAY~ I encourage those who want to lose weight by healthy eating and exercise!
