WOW!! This Neutrogena wave works great! I need to get more cleansing pads for it. At the store: HMMM... the pads are a little too expensive, sooo maybe its not thaaat good.
Does this sound like you?
Well, I am going to tell you how to make your own cleansing pads that are cheaper than the ones that are made for the wave.
Step 1: Gather products
You will need:
cotton rounds(Walgreens: $2.50)
Neutrogena Wave(I have the original. Don`t buy one if you don`t already have it: $10.00)
Your everday cleanser(I`m using the Clean and Clear Cont. control acne cleanser: $5.50)
2. Moisten the pad with water( then ring most of it out.
3. Wet Face
4. Put cleanser on the pad
5. Turn on the Wave
6. Cleanse away!
Make sure the pad is stuck to the wave really well, because the velcro will really hurt.
Use warm water to moisten face and wave. Then use cold to rinse face off.
Move the wave in circular motions to remove the maximum amount of dirt.
Rinse the wave off after use and don`t reuse the pad
The wave refills cost $7.00 for 30. The homemade ones only cost $5.00 for 90 uses(the cotton rounds cost $2.50 and the cleanser costs $2.50 for half the bottle) which lasts longer and is less expensive.
Please don`t use this picture, I took it myself.
Have you tried the Wave? How do you like it? Are you going to start making your own cleansing pads?
