This is one of many desserts found in restaurants and I`ll post your recipe here for you to have the opportunity to make at home for family or friends.
250g mascarpone Galbani
1 large cup of strong coffee, warm
200g biscuits champagne
Marsala or other liqueur of your choice, such as Cointreau or rum
bitter cocoa powder
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy whitish.
Add the mascarpone cheese and beat again Galbani.
Beat the egg whites and wrap them in earlier prepared carefully.
Book in the cold.
Mix the coffee warm with liquor.
Arrange half the cookies soaked in coffee, the bottom of a serving container.
Place over half of cream cheese.
Place another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee and finally the remaining cream.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
