Lets admit, sometimes we are unhappy because we feel insecure or we just feel down! But here are some tips that I have came up to make you feel better!! no copyright!! This is from my head!!! follow these to be happy!
1. Listen to music, its been proven it cheers you up
2. Exercise: it makes us feel good about your bodies and gets your blood rushing.
3. Have a soothing peppermint tea! Not only does this have so many benifits it helps fight stress and has ZERO caffeine so no headaches!
3. Hot baths! They release stress
4. Talk to a friend or family member to make you feel better if you have a problem!
5. Be entertained!
6. Dont always sit inside! go out with friends and enjoy life
7. Still not happy? Go see a doctor
drinking will only make you more depressed the morning after so forget about that!!
