It is so healthy to have good posture and trying to maintain your posture can make it easier to stand up straight when you get older. Doing yoga and maintaining good flexibility in your back and other body parts is essential to having good posture. In addition, keeping your stomach strong can be really beneficial because having a strong core can make it easier to stand up straight, the same way having strong arms can make it easier to lift heavy items.
I found these stretches, called Asana and am going to keep this on my phone in the photos section to remind me to do these stretches and work on my posture. It is so important and having a daily reminder can be a great way to improve that back!
