Love the look of pale skin?
Want to obtain it?
Follow these tips! :)
Exfoliating all the dead skin off of your face and body is very important in both keeping your skin healthy and obtaining paler skin. When you exfoliate, you are removing a layer of dead skin that could block your pores, but also holds a lot of pigmentation. A gentle exfoliation once or twice a week is great, but it`s great to take the time maybe every two weeks to really scrub your skin with something grainy like white sugar. It also allows moisturizers and products to settle in
2). Wash your face with baking soda.
Baking soda has a natural bleaching agent to it, making it work wonders when used on the body and face. Make a paste with equal parts baking soda to water, and rub it on your skin (preferably after you exfoliate). This can be done it the shower. Once you`ve rubbed it on your skin, leave it to set for around 5 mins or so, to give it time to work its magic. Rinse. Repeat this every other day or so.
Sunblock is EXTREMELY crucial in maintaining pale skin. If you plan to be out all day, don`t count on the measly SPF 15 that may be in your foundation. In all actuallity, there is no point to that being there, because you aren`t liberally applying your foundation every 150 mins. Get yourself a sunblock designed especially for either face or body with a high sun protection level, and apply under any makeup! Remember to stay out of the sun for as long as possible, and when you do go out, never leave without your sunblock!
4). And finally 4, drink LOTS of water, and take vitamin D supplements. Since you are opting to stay out of the sun for your skins sake, your body is going to need its vitamin D in other form. Also, drinking water is always good for you, but you must remember to keep hydrated!
