Does your eye shadows crease or lose pigmentation after applying? If so then you probable need to add a base/primer before applying any eye shadow to the lids! A primer will not only prevent your eye shadow from creasing, make your shadow appear vibrant, but it`ll also ensure that you make up will stay on all day. You can use a basic primer like the UrbanDecay `Primer potion`, ELF primer, L`Oreal `decrease` primer and many more other primer that can be purchase from the Drugstore or from Mac or Sephora. There are other primers and bases that you can purchase that actually come in many different colors. The `Color Tattoos` by Maybelline, NYX jumbo pencils, and LAColors jumbo eye pencils, not only come in many different shades but they can also work as primers and are affordable as well.
I love using the jumbo eye pencils by LAColors because work great on my lids as a primer and base! I love using them to make my eyeshadows appear vibrant and they prolong the longevity of my shadows. These pencils retail for only $1.79 but if your lucky (like I am) than your local flee market may have them for only $1.00 each. But if not then I recommend the Urban Decay `Primer Potion` and the NYX jumbo pencils!
So never for get to apply some sort of primer or base onto you lids before applying an eye shadow.. I promise that it`ll make a big difference!
