Time to switch my hair care! I used up my John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shampoo and Conditioner (just look at their poor and mangled bodies) and now Im moving on to the Paul Mitchell Lavender Mint Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner! :) I dont know about you, but I get a feeling of accomplishment when I use up a product completely because I bounce between so many.
Here is a quick run down of the John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shampoo and Conditioner:
It added shine
It added softness
It made my hair feel healthy
It gave my color a little more vibrancy
The squeeze tube design was nice because I didnt have to fight to get it out of the packaging.
My hair felt a bit greasy a day after use
My hair looked dull a day after use
I wasnt a fan of the scent
Will I buy it again?: Eh, probably not. Even though I did get some pretty sweet results out of it, I didnt like dealing with the second day hair this gave me (I wash my hair every other day so I dont damage it by stripping off the oils too often I have the most adorable shower cap, btw), plus scent is a major thing for me and this one just didnt cut it.
