Wow, now that thanksgiving came and went its time to start eating a little better. While I really did enjoy eating everything it must come to a stop sometime! So for yesterday`s breakfast I made this ensemble..a piece of honey wheat toast, smothered with cottage cheese with sliced avocado on top. For the extra flavor I added lemon pepper seasoning and pepper. What kinda of wholesome meals do you all prefer to eat?? Instagram CASMARIEB
