Time for a little `You Time`

Once a week it`s good to pamper ourselves to help clear the mind of all the everyday tasks & duties. One of my favorites ways is to take a relaxing bath with a glass of wine of course. Try this: sit in a hot bath, or as hot as you can stand, for 20 minutes. In that bath water add about a handful of Epsom salt, a few drops of lavender & a little bit of baking soda. This will help you to lower stress, draw out toxins in the body & balances your pH. 

Your body will thank you.
