I honestly think that all of these pictures seem too easy, but so awesome at the same time. So today we`re gonna start off with a hot breakfast, yummo. Then throughout the day you should go for a morning walk, go up and down some stairs, then finish with some leg raises. Doesnt sound to hard as the week starts to end. :)
