the other day I tried a new recipe. Since I`m a chocaholic, I HAD to try a chocolate tart to take to my coworkers.
So I found this recipe, but the final result doesn`t looked the same as the picture from the site (see source link). But if you ask me... this tart was gone in SECONDS! ahahah ;)
Here`s the recipe:
- 1 packet of fresh pastry
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 50g cocoa powder
- 100g butter
- 3 egg yolks
1. Expand the dough in the tart pan and cover with parchment paper. Take to the oven to 180° C. Bake for 15 minutes. Mix the condensed milk, chocolate, butter and let it boil in a bain-marie until it gets warm.
2. Then remove the preparation from heat and let it cool. After cooling, add the egg yolks and mix well. Pour the preparation in the form and light in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. Unmold and serve decorated with whipped cream.
As you can see, the chocolate is a bit liquid, not like the original recipe in that site. On top of the tart I did a homemade whipped cream and sprinkled with almonds.
And I almost forgot to tell you... I did a little change on the original recipe, and I put banana on the base of the tart.
As you may know, banana, chocolate and cream make a delightful trio. ;)
This recipe is absolutely delightful, quick, easy and cheap! What more can we ask for!? =P
Dare to try it and tell me how it went ;)
P.S.: Next time, I`m not gonna put the dough first in the oven... i`m going to try to do like a quiche, put all together into the oven, so the dough won`t be too cooked.
