If you`re looking for a healthier alternative to a bagel, try thin bagels. I find that having just one of them isn`t very filling, but even two thin bagel sandwiches can fill you up more than one normal bagel sandwich (depending on what you put in them). You also have the option to make two completely different sandwiches.
I do like normal bagels better just because you can taste them more, but thin bagels are healthier and you don`t feel like you`re eating too much bread.
In my sandwiches I had mayonnaise, lettuce, cheese, and vegetarian cold cuts. It`s very easy to make and convenient to wrap up and take with you.
