The real road to healthy lifestyles come from combination of different things. We have to incorporate each of them in order to run healthy lifestyles.

-Drink plenty of water as it flushes out toxins out of your body; your skin becomes more clear and moist
-Rest well; aim for at least 8 hours of sleep at night as it is impossible to replace night sleeps
-Resting well helps you not gain extra weight due to stress
-Exercise at least 3 times a week; even 10 minutes of real work out a day makes a huge difference
-Eat 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours to boost your metabolism
-Aim for lean protein, veggies and complicated carbs, such as whole wheat bread, brown rice/pasta, etc.

Let us make each day count by making it more productive!
Let us reach our goals in just about anything by working for it day in and day out!
