I love smoothies, they are a perfect treat when you are craving something.
I saw this a while back and want to know your thoughts, is this the perfect blend? This states that you put these in the following order:
Liquids: such as juices, water, milk etc
Solids: strawberrys, bananas, blueberries, etc
I haven`t tried this way, I usually just put everything in and blend it so I wonder of this would be better.
