I love to passers by Geres, has fantastic scenery and remain untouchable.
When we move the Peneda Geres National Park, and enjoy magnificent landscapes, places with names we find very curious.
This place that I present here, as well as gorgeous as you can see from the photographs, has a rather odd name - Kill.
The story, told from generation to generation by the locals that this place many years ago, there was a great battle that pitted the local hordes of Galician cattle rustlers who crossed the border to steal cattle grazing in these fields between the mountains.
As the battle was fierce and, apparently, few thieves Galicians escaped the massacre was given the name of Killing in this wonderful place.
I advise to visit the Gerês ...
