Okay, so for part two of the workout, we will be doing inclined push ups.. Normal
or regular push ups are a very hard thing.. atleast for me they seem nearly imposible
to do, these are much easyer , no worry!
What you have to do is:
<em> Assume a push up position put this time you use a bench or any kind of
raised surface. Make sure your body makes a straight line from your anckles to your
to your head. Keeping your body rigid, lower your body until your upper arms dip
below your elbows, pause for a few seconds and then push your self back up.
And remember , the higher the surface you are using the easier this will all be, you
can even use a wall if you prefer!
Do 12 to 15 repetitions!
