So the past few days i have been sharing with you a workout that ive seen a friend
of mine do and it works AMAZINGLY i can tell you that.

Okay , so for part three of the no equipment workout, we will be doing the hip raise
This is a real easy one to do so NO SWEAT GIRLS!
All you have to do is :
<em>Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor, place
your arms out to your sides, now try make your stomach as skinny as posible and
try to keep it that way - that gives you a tight core - but breathe normally.
Squeeze your glutes and raise your hips so your body forms a straight line from
your shoulders to your knees. Pause for five seconds then lower your nody
This is one of my favourite ones because it works out alot of muscles and plus
its one of the easiest ones to do!
