With the movie coming out on March 23, I started reading the book, The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins. It helps gives me a better understanding of the plot and the details that might be missed in the movie. I have to say though, I can hardly put down the book. I started reading yesterday and by this afternoon, I finished it. I especially like that love is emphasized between families and the bonds that can be forged without making it a lovey dovey story. This makes it relatable to real life when someone might not be fully conscious of how they feel. You can focus on the strengths of the characters. Have anyone read the book or are you waiting for the movie to come out?
