Before working out, I sometime need more than pure dedication to get me going. I`ve been getting used to black coffee or espresso over ice as my pre-workouts when I need more energy. I know coffee isn`t the healthiest option but I`m at least trying to switch from my soy-lattes to coffee with no milk or sugar added:) As usual watermelon is part of my fruit snack and I added strawberries this time. Sometimes it`s grapes, berries, whatever I feel like or have at the time.
