The gym is killing me !!!

For the past 2 weeks ive bin going to the gym for an hour and a half but oh my gosh its killing me.I go 3-4 times a week all i need to know is does it get easier? i love going and after ive finished my workout i feel so happy but while im working out im constantly watching the time go by.And the `burn` that you get while working out isnt a nice thing at all.Anyone know if theres a way to stop this? Are you a gym lover or hater?
